Any business who is looking to optimize their day to day operations, streamline business processes and hire fresh talent should register.

TCS iON BizHub registration is free or paid?

Absolutely free! There is no registration fee for our platform. Additionally, we offer a free trial of our products. Do not miss out on this opportunity!

What details are required for registration?

Register as a user with just your mobile number and name and explore all our products. For business registration, keep your GST number and Email Id ready to avail a free trial and make purchases.

Who is business admin? What is his/her role?

Upon registering on the platform with GST details, the user automatically becomes the default business admin for the registered business. As the admin, you'll have access to add employees, make purchases, assign other admins, and more.

Can I update my profile?

Yes, you can update your profile information any time.

How can I update my profile details like first/last name, Email ID, profile picture?

The following steps help you to update your first/last name, Email ID, profile picture:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the circle displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Profile' link.

3. Click on 'Edit profile' button.

4. You can update/modify your profile picture, first and last name, Email Id.

5. After modifying, click on 'Save' to save your details.

Note: After updating your email ID, enter the verification code sent to your new email to confirm and save the changes.

What to do If I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it anytime. Please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Login page.

2. Click on the 'Forgot password'.

3. Enter the mobile number or Email Id associated with your account.

4. Check your SMS or email for verification code.

5. Enter your verification code to reset the password.

Can I change my password?

Yes absolutely. You can change your password any time.

How do I change my password?

You can follow the following steps to change your password:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the circle displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'Change password' link.

3. Enter your Current password, New password and Confirm new password.

4. Click on 'Save' to save your details.

Note: You can change your password from 'My profile' page also with the following steps:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the circle displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Profile' link.

3. Click on the 'Change password' button.

4. Enter your Current password, New password and Confirm new password.

5. Click on 'Save' to save your details.

Can I onboard my employees as well?

Yes absolutely. You can add your employees from 'My Employees' and give them access to the applications you purchased.

How can I onboard my employees?

The following steps help you to add your employees:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the menu icon displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Employees' link.

3. Click on the 'Add employees' button.

4. You can add your employees by 3 different ways:

4.1. Add either mobile number or Email ID of your employees to invite them to join your business . Your employees will receive an invitation link to their mobile via SMS or an email to their email ID.

4.2. Download the excel sheet, add your employees details in that excel sheet and upload the same sheet. Employees on that sheet will receive an invitation link either on mobile via SMS or an email to their email ID to join your business.

4.3. Invite your employees to join your business directly by sharing the registration link with them. You will receive notifications when your employees register through this link. Upon approval they become active employees in your business.

How do I approve any invitation received?

You can approve/reject any invitation to join your business with the following steps:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the menu icon displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Employees' link.

3. Click on 'Invite request(s)' tab. You will be able to see all the invitations received here.

4. You can see the details of the requests received and take necessary action.

How do I assign/revoke permissions to my employees?

You can assign/revoke permissions to all active employees of your business with the following steps:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the menu icon displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Employees' link.

3. You will be able to see all the active employees of your business.

4. Click on the 'Assign permission(s)' link or 'Edit' icon on any employee tile. You will see the list of available permissions.

5. Assign or Revoke required permission(s) by clicking on the checkbox.

How to inactivate employee of my business?

You can inactivate any employee of your business with the following steps:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the menu icon displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Employees' link.

3. You will be landed on the �Active employees' tab by default and able to see all active employees of your business.

4. The status of each employee is displayed on their tile.

5. To inactivate any employee, click on toggle button.

6. Click 'Ok' on confirmation message. That employee will be inactivated instantly.

What will happen if I inactivate any employee of my business?

If you inactivate any employee of your business, then they will not be part of your business anymore. Also, all permissions and licenses assigned to them will be autorevoked.

Can I activate any inactive employee?

Yes absolutely. Refer to FAQ No.19 to activate any employee.

How to activate any inactive employee of my business?

To activate an inactive employee of your business, follow the below steps:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the menu icon displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My Employees' link.

3. Click on the �Inactive employees' tab and you will be able to see all Inactive employees of your business.

4. The status of each employee is displayed on their tile.

5. To activate any inactive employee, click on the toggle button. That employee will be activated instantly.

What will happen if I activate any employee in my business?

Once you activate an employee, they become part of your business. You can assign them permissions and allocate licenses for the products you have purchased.

Can I assign license(s) to my employees?

Yes absolutely. You can assign/transfer/revoke license(s) of your purchased applications to your employees.

Can I assign a license to anyone on Bizhub?

No. You cannot assign license of your purchased application to anyone on BizHub. But you can assign a license only to your employee(s). Refer to FAQ No. 13 to onboard employees to your business.

How to assign/transfer/revoke license(s) to my employees?

The following steps help you to assign/transfer/revoke license(s) of your employees:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. Go to Header > hover on the menu icon displayed on the right-hand side on the header > Click on 'My solutions' link.

3. All purchased applications will be displayed on this page. Select any application for which you want to assign/revoke license(s) from the drop-down.

4. Scroll down to view the assigned users list.

5. To assign license: click on �Assign� button and search & select the user(s) you want to assign. After selecting the user(s), click on 'Assign' button again to save the changes. The license will be assigned to your employee(s).

6. To transfer license from an assigned employee to a new employee: click on the 'Transfer' button > search & select the new user > click on 'Transfer now' button. The license will be transferred.

7. To revoke license from an assigned employee: click on 'Revoke' button > click 'Yes' on confirmation window. The license will be revoked.

How do I launch my application?

You can launch or access your purchased application only if you have a valid license of that application. Connect with your business admin for license management. Follow the below steps to launch the application:

1. Login to BizHub with your credentials.

2. You will be re-directed to 'My Dashboard' page. Scroll down to reach 'My solutions' section.

3. You will be able to see all your purchased applications. Click on 'Launch' button on the application tile to launch that application.

Why am I unable to launch my application?

All the valid license users should be able to launch their application. However, if you are still unable to launch, kindly ensure the following pre-requisites:

1. The application should have an active contract.

2. User should be logged into Bizhub and have an active license assigned to them.

Despite the above pre-requisites, if you still face challenges in launching your application, please Raise a Ticket to report the issue, provide detailed information about the issue along with any relevant screenshots or error messages. We will promptly reach out to you for resolution.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and NEFT.

Why did my payment fail?

Payment failure can occur due to various reasons, such as entering incorrect card details, expired debit or credit card, or insufficient funds. In such cases, please connect with your bank. If the details are correct, you can either retry the payment or contact us for assistance.

Can I view or download invoices of my purchases?

We make all the invoices available for you to view and download. Login to your account and navigate to 'Transaction history', search for specific purchase and there will be option to download the invoice. If you do not find an option, please reach out to us.

What is the refund policy?

We strive to provide the best products and services. If you encounter any challenges, we're here to assist. However, please note that refunds are not allowed under our policy. All purchases are non-refundable. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

How do I manage my purchase(s)?

To manage your purchases, log in to your account on TCS iON BizHub, navigate to the 'My solutions', and you'll find options to assign, transfer, cancel, or modify your license(s). Please contact us for any assistance needed.

What is BizHub subscription?

This is an exclusive offering from TCS iON BizHub which is designed specifically for the MSMEs. It is currently designed to solve the recruitment challenges like finding candidates from Tier2/Tier3 cities, spending long hours in candidate screening process. How can I report an issue?

If you face any challenges accessing platform, products or any other issue, please utilize Raise a Ticket option to report the issue. Provide detailed information about the problem along with any relevant screenshots or error messages. We will promptly reach out to you for resolution.
